Detailed Requirement analysis of the project with justification based on management interest of the features interested for implementation in the project.

• Basic scheme of arriving at appropriate solutions for various systems as per project requirement.

• Preparation of schemes and preliminary layout for approvals including space planning for the infrastructure.

• Floating National and Global RFPs with a minimum of three pre-qualified vendors

• Review of RFPs with technology, application, adoption of features and project technical feasibility

• Freezing of scope, specs and features

• Preparation of techno-commercial BID tender documents based on Management approved scheme including drawings, specification, project schedules and bill of quantities.

• Calling for BIDs from pre-qualified vendors

• Participation in negotiations and provide necessary technical support and commercial negotiations.

• Award of contracts to best techno-commercial offer finalized by Management.

• Detailed Description of the Work Order covering technical specifications, standards, quality approvals, handing over procedures to Projects team and Facilities Management team coordination.

• Preparation and release of working drawings and details for execution of work at site together with coordination drawings, vendor management at site, project schedule monitoring with management updates as per master project plan schedule.

• Coordination with contractors to prepare as built drawings, operations /user/application manuals together with all equipment manuals both in soft and hard copies and technical data etc.

• Approvals of contractors as built drawings after site verification.

• Periodic inspection and quality checks of work at site.
